Vintage “Wheeler” Family Crest wall hanger. It is a made like a hooked rug. It is made out of 100% wool. The back is lined with dark red velvet. It has a gold cord hanger. It also has 2 wrought iron rods with spear head ends. This piece is from an estate in Bridgewater, Massachusetts. It was made by Eleanor Miskinis of Bridgewater, Mass. in the 1950’s. Her maiden name was Wheeler. The colors are nice and bright. It measures 27″ wide x 36″ high. The iron rods are 35″ long. It is in great condition. It was stored away in a hope chest for many years. There are no odors such as moth balls or must. This is a fabulous piece with provenance.
